This is a 6-week period to REBOOT and refocus on your goals, fitness, and nutrition! This REBOOT starts on 11/15/19 and takes us through the end of the year. Our goal is to guide you to keep your body and mind in check so that your health is a priority. We are setting ourselves up for the best possible start to 2020!

This REBOOT is open to everyone at the gym! It is $50 to join. You may pay cash or charge your account.
Over these six weeks we are hosting these six events:
11/17 from 11am-noon: Goal Setting Workshop with Jarrod
11/22 from 6-8pm: Barbell Club with Marc and Giorgio
12/7 from 12-5pm: Game of Rowers
12/15 from 11am-noon: Nutrition For Life Project Presentation with Sara: Macros, Meal Prep, and Planning

This is a team, rowing only competition, so find your three best rowing friends and sign up. Two men and two women per team!
Each teammate will complete one individual event, one partner event, and up to three team events!
