I was a three-sport athlete through high school but let myself go towards the end of college and my 20s. I joined Craic the day after my 31st birthday. I weighed 215 pounds and drove to the gym two days in a row before I worked up the courage to walk in! Once I started, I never looked back and lost 65 pounds and completely changed my life. I love the community at Craic and want to help others make positive changes in their lives. There's absolutely nothing better than seeing people do things they never thought they could and celebrating those moments with them!
Outside of Craic, I do scienc-y stuff (I've been in biotech for over a decade), spend my free time with my family and friends, and read as much as possible!
