Previous fitness or coaching

I was a competitive swimmer for most of my life. I started swimming when I was 7, and swam all the way through high school and college. I’ve also coached swimming at the youth and high school level. I started at CRAIC in June of 2012 and have been here ever since.

Outside-the-gym life

I work full time at CRAIC and love it, so spend a lot of time there coaching, doing various gym work, and working out. Outside of that, I’m married to Web, who also is a member at the gym.
