We are excited about this New Year!  Each year we make resolutions to become better versions of ourselves, and as we plan ahead for 2020, CrossFit Craic is looking forward to helping you achieve whatever your goals may be! Our coaches are here to provide support towards your health, wellness and happiness, and we are excited to announce some updates happening on our end to do so.

Jarrod continues to broaden his reach outside the walls of Craic and we are about to see great things from him as he focuses on his work with The Strong Coach and his goal setting ‘Example Human Project.’  He is an excellent resource to help plan your 2020 goals! Sara continues to coach classes regularly, and will also focus on the ‘Nutrition for Life Project.’  This program is gaining great momentum, and with the New Year approaching, she is your go-to for nutrition planning and goal-setting!  Please feel free to contact her if you want to chat about nutrition, sara@crossfitcraic.com

Collin added ‘Heavy Metal Flow’ and Mace classes to our schedule, and we are providing Bootcamp versions of each day’s workouts as part of the daily programming. Having these options gives us all a chance to try something new and have the flexibility to make the workouts more personalized. Feel free to pick Collin’s brain about how these other programs could work for you.

Lastly, we are proud to announce Marc’s promotion to Head Coach and Trainer, and Giorgio as Head of Programming. Together, they will be running the day-to-day operations of the gym, and creating a fun and competitive environment for the Craic community. We’ve seen great work from them over the years, and they truly exemplify who we are as a gym and where we want to go in the future.
