At Craic, we believe in providing a fun and balanced program in which each member progresses at their own rate.  It’s a team effort to help you see the best results possible and to discover what works best for you to get there.  Personal modifications are made daily for every member of the gym.  Our mission is not necessarily high intensity, but a broad approach to long-term fitness.  Regardless of your fitness goals, our standard is to coach members through a focus on better body positioning, consistency with form, and then relative intensity of the workouts.  Our educated coaching staff has a holistic view of fitness, nutrition plans, and various training methodologies, which our members use to enhance flexibility, joint stabilization, and the importance of body awareness and longevity.  We also emphasize the importance of a community, friendships created through fitness, and social events to allow these bonds to flourish.
