No Bread Challenge 13 starts May 1st and sign ups are officially open! We’ve heard people are excited about the upcoming challenge, and some of us have already started working toward No Bread goals, which is great! Some things are different this time around, so check out the information below and on the sign up form.
The No Bread Challenge is a 50-day event where members, both new and old, commit or recommit to improving their lives through small changes in their daily routines. This can be a resurgence of what we do: use fitness and nutrition to reach our individual goals!
Everyone’s NB goals are unique. Maybe you want to lose or gain a few pounds; maybe you want to feel more confident in your favorite pair of jeans; or maybe you just want to try something different and have fun while you’re doing it.
Whatever your goal is: we’re here for you and are excited to watch you progress!
NBC13 will run from May 1-June 19th!
The cost for gym members is $50 (a t-shirt is included). Gym members who sign up for No Bread will be eligible to win the contest and get prizes, as well as the following:
*Unlimited access to the gym for 50 days
*Access to Specialty Class sign ups (Free for current unlimited members, $20 fee for current 3x/week members)
*Grouping on a “tribe” for accountability help
*Eligibility to win prizes at the end of the Challenge
*More assistance from coaches in working to reach food/workout goals
*Multiple coaches at higher attendance classes
*You can also opt to purchase any of the following: Victory Grips, a JumpNRope Speed Rope, a 2lb container of Truetein Protein, and a Craic water bottle
*As with previous challenges, NBC13 will act as a trial period for the gym for 50 Days. HOWEVER, this time, it will be $200 for 50 days! Along with unlimited access to the gym, these trial members will also receive a “Craic Starter Pack” which will include: Victory Grips, a JumpNRope Speed Rope, a 2lb container of Truetein Protein, a NBC13 shirt, and a Craic water bottle. (Current members can also opt to purchase these items if they want.) So, if any of your friends or family members want to try the gym, and get EVERYTHING they need for a successful start, make sure they register soon! Feel free to invite anyone you think might benefit from joining the gym. There will be an “onramp”/test week to acclimate everyone to the gym.
Similar to NBC12, this Challenge will allow everyone to establish their own goals and set a plan to work to achieve them. Additionally, we will breaking into “tribes” (like a larger squad) to allow for accountability and support. At the start of this Challenge you will submit your goals and plan to us, and then you’ll submit your results at the end. Challenge winners will be chosen based on this information.
More details to come on the NBC13 informational talk. We’ll keep everyone posted!
