This month at CrossFit Craic: Back to Basics!
We have learned a lot of different skills over the past several months. That is why it is so important to practice the basic movements before learning ones that may be a little trickier. No matter how good any of us get at the basic movements, we can always use extra practice to make sure our bodies are moving in the best way possible.
