Welcome back everyone! Hope you had a great summer vacation and that school is off to a good start. I’m excited to see some familiar and hopefully new faces in the Kids classes.  Our Fall Semester begins Tuesday September 11, 2012 and will run for 10 weeks.

Classes will be held on Tuesdays and Wednesdays at 3:30pm and can be expected to go until about 4:15pm.

IMPORTANT Announcement: As many of you parents already know, CrossFit Craic is getting a makeover!  We are beginning to expand our facility this coming weekend, April 28th. Unfortunately, that means there will be lots and lots of demolition work going on and that we will have to close the gym for 2-3 weeks until it is all done. This means that CrossFit Kids classes will be on break until the demo work is done.  I’m going to miss seeing you kids in class, but be sure to get some home WODs in, and if possible take some pictures too! Keep checking the website for updates on when we will be able to run classes again!

Hey guys! Coach Sara here. So happy to see all the new and familiar faces in class at Craic. Without question, the Kids program is growing!! I’m excited to continue to learn, workout and play with all of you hard-working kids.

In a few weeks we will start holding a CrossFit Kids class every Thursday.  Starting in the week of April 10th, CrossFit Kids will run from 4:30-5:15pm every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.

Lastly, I want to thank all the parents for taking time out of your day to stay and watch your kids in class! It is great to see the support. If you happen to snap any awesome pictures during class, please send them my way to sara@crossfitcraic.com if you are willing to share them on our site. There are always so many fun things going on in class and I usually can’t stop and take all the photographs I’d like to! Parent contributions would be lovely.
