A. Muscle ups; amrap unbroken x7; rest 2 min
Stayed just short of failure on each one. On the first set of 12 I felt that my abs actually got fatigued as well as my breathing. Triceps a little as well. I hadn’t retested this since saying I wan’t to do 20 unbroken so this was good.
As I get into the higher numbers I gota think more about keeping my feet together the whole time to use them as more of a whip.
B1. CTB chin ups; 6-8 unbroken x5; rest 2 min
6,6,6,6,8 – was pretty conservative for the first sets – this was challenging
B2. 15 hspu for time x5; rest 2 min

- all sets unbroken – felt solid
Airdyne 3 min for max calories
This was awful. My quads started to cramp after 1:30 and I just tried to survive from there on. Beasts can do 300 cals in 10mins which 30 CALS a min. I tried to maintain that hitting 32 in the first min but just couldn’t hold on after that.
Food of the Day
-still no headache which is good.
-feeling much better on energy.
-weighing and measuring isn’t as much of a pain in the ass, it’s becoming habit.
