Wow – Today was tough in a mental sense as well as physical

A1) 15 Unbroken Thrusters@95lbs
rest 10sec
A2) 15 Unbroken Pullups
rest 90 sec x 5

RD1 – :53s
RD2 – :54s
RD3 – :53s
RD4 – :55s
RD5 – :58s

This was really tough. 90s rest is really not very long. I felt strong on the Thrusters the whole way through and even though I thought I would loose it on the pullups looking at the video they look good.
I was focussing a lot of breathing consistently which really helped. All the aerobic work I’ve been doing is def paying off.

I was pretty messed up for a while after the above and really didn’t want to believe that I had a whole other piece to start on. I stalled as long as I could before sucking it up.

30sec max Push Jerk@115
30Sec max Box Jump
30sec max Cal row
rest 6mins
x4

RD1- PJ=11, BJ=12, CAL=10
RD2- PJ=16, BJ=15, CAL=9
RD3- PJ=16, BJ=15, CAL=6
RD4- PJ=18, BJ=13, CAL=11

The first round I over paced everything. I was not fully recovered from the previous workout and just didn’t wanna be there. 2nd + 3rd round were ok – cals got messed up got I forgot to reset the rower and it turned off.
4th round gave it everything I had left.

I was messed up for hours after the above. I drove to the cape to pick up an AirDyne (yeah buddy) and had to grab a coffee just to stay awake.
Awesome workouts – horribly painful but awesome.
