Running .. again

Working on weaknesses is the name of the game right?

20 min easy run at an easy pace.

I got Glen to join me for this and we just ran around the neighborhoods surrounding the gym which turned into a house watching/business meeting :)
We kept a nice easy pace and were able to hold a conversation the whole way.
My ankle had been giving me a little bit of issue the last few days but it was fine today so thats good.
I’m excited to see what tomorrow night will be.

My prediction – Power Clean (light – 125ish) Box jump, Double Under.

Food of the Day
7:00am – 5 eggs, 4 pieces bacon, sweet potato
2:20pm – post workout shake
3pm – chicken salad w 2 eggs, mayo, bacon + lettuce
8pm – chicken salad w 2 eggs, lettuce , mayo, macadamia nuts
9pm – handful of almonds
