Rest Day

Really tired today. I didn’t sleep very well last night. Had to get up at 3+5am with the dog and I didn’t get to sleep till midnight or so but really good day regardless. Spent some time coach clients on Snatches then coached a class on Snatches then coached another client on Snatches!

I love Mondays

Excited to train tomorrow. I have 2 sessions planned. One on endurance, one on strength – weaknesses getting hammered.

Food of the Day
7am- 5 eggs, 2 pieces bacon
1:40pm – cobb salad
3pm – 2 lara bars
5pm- burger w lettuce, tomato, guac + cheese
9:50pm- lara bar + some almonds
