He covered so much in the 9 hour day that I plan on applying to my training as well as in all of my classes.
Every time I go to one of these seminars/certs I always tell myself that if I if I can take away one thing and immediately apply it then it was worth it. For me personally I learned how to properly rope climb, I learned some great progressions for Handstand Pushups AND some new technique tips for my muscle ups so thats 3 BIG things in my opinion.
I plan on going into a little more detail in future posts about things I am practicing and incorporating into my training.
On another note I worked out at lunch and PR’d on my Snatch!!!!!!
I have to give some credit to Glen as he was able to get my mind into the place where it needed to be to rip the bar off the ground!
After some light bar bell warmup my reps went
3 @ 135
1 @ 135, 155, 185, 205 x 2 , 215, 225, 235, 240 – PR – fail at 245
I tried 245 just cause but I didn’t really commit to the lift. I called it a day with the new PR !
