Really fun workout. I kept a pretty solid pace on the runs and did everything unbroken except for tripping on the Double Unders a few times. Did all the HSPU strict just to get a little strength work in on them.
I used to hate long workouts like this but the time actually went really fast. I felt like I could have maintained that work rate for another 10mins or so.
Food of the Day
6am – 5 eggs, banana
12:10pm – PWO shake – coco water, 10g BCAA, 20g sugar, 20g protein
1:30pm – burgers + sweet fries
4:20pm – cobb salad
8pm – meatballs, eggplant, cheese, bag of sweet potato chips
