I am an extremely goal orientated person. I have a notebook in my office filled with pages and pages of things I want to achieve in life. The topics range from personal development to business to athletic endeavors.
I used to have a list of goals on this page with numbers I wanted to achieve on certain lifts and times I wanted on certain workouts but in all honesty the only goal I have in relation to training right now is to qualify for regionals 2013. Getting PR’s on certain lifts or having good times is obviously rewarding but at the end of the day I just wanna make top 60 in the North East Region.
My entire focus for training is towards qualifying for next year.
