Great weekend as usual at these certs. I’m always surprised at how much better the quality of peoples movement is as time goes on.
I mean that in the sense that when I started working these seminars the attendees didn’t seem to have any idea what they were doing and now most people who show up just need a little more framework and structure.
I had a free weekend in terms of what I could do for my own workouts so I decided to do one day of something I hated and one day of something I loved.
10 rounds for time:
I did this in 30:57 a while back and knew it going in but didn’t have it in me to beat it. I was averaging a 2:45 pace per round in the beginning but the burpees got to me and gradually started to slip.
Snatch- heavy single
135 x 2, 185×2, 205, 225, 235, 245 – miss, 245
Very happy with this. I used to say that any day above 225 was a good day but I think it’s time to upgrade that. I literally don’t think I’ve missed 225 for a snatch in over 6 months. Thats something I’m fuckin proud of!
